Dog Training in Wimbledon

Welcome to the Barking Mad website.

I am both a canine psychologist and a trainer. My approach is based on the science of psychology and behaviourism. I have studied in the USA, and the UK, under some of the leading trainers in the world.

My aim is to help you understand your dog, and most importantly, communicate with your dog in a language they understand. This is accomplished through a variety of specialised training techniques. Training is fun. The more you learn about your dog, the more you will enjoy your dogs company. It is well documented that training builds and strengthens the bond between you and your dog.

I utilise modern training methods, which are based on the science of behaviour. I train using positive reinforcement which incorporates reward based methods. These techniques produce fast and very effective, long term results.

In my experience, I have found that people want a better understanding of their dogs so they can take their training to a higher level, and therefore communicate clearly with their dogs. Training should be enjoyable for you and your dog.

I hope you will take a moment to read the pages on this website to learn how I approach training and, most importantly, how you can get the best from your dog and enable them to reach their full potential.
